What type of projects do you handle in the field of R&D (Research and Development)?
We are ready to perform and coordinate research and development work at all stages related to bringing a product to the domestic or European market. We collaborate with research institutions (universities, research institutes, laboratories) in the area of certifications. We conduct research on competitive solutions. We prepare calculations, create designs, supervise prototype production, and then conduct internal and external testing. We work with patent attorneys on intellectual property protection (patents, utility models, etc.).
What type of projects do you handle in the field of Welding?
The primary support in the field of welding is production management by a certified Welding Engineer (IWE, IWI-C) with over a decade of experience in the industry. Key aspects include supervision of EN ISO 3834, EN 1090, and PED standards. We create WPS instructions, qualify WPQR technologies, conduct NDT testing, certify welders, and provide training for welding personnel. We support both manufacturing plants and construction sites. We cooperate with several inspectors from external supervisory bodies in the certification of factories and personnel.
What type of projects do you handle in the field of Design?
We mainly design in a 3D environment (Inventor and SolidWorks) and 2D (AutoCAD). We create production and workshop documentation, including preparing the appropriate detail files for machines, laser/plasma cutters, and 3D printers. We are ready to handle partial or complete project management.
