  1. Coordinating research and development work at all stages (from the idea, through calculations, drawing documentation, prototype production and internal testing, external laboratory testing, certification with research institutions, to the final product);

  2. Collaboration with research laboratories in the scope of conducted tests;

  3. Collaboration with certification bodies in the scope of carried out certifications;

  4. Research and analysis of competitive solutions;

  5. Study of the state of the art and checking issues related to patent protection;

  6. Preparation of patent documentation for new products that need to be protected;

  7. Contact with a Patent Attorney in terms of intellectual property protection (patents, utility models, etc.).

 

Design

  1. Product design based on client guidelines and applicable regulations;

  2. Development of workshop documentation (3D and 2D);

  3. Supervision over project execution in production;

  4. Design of production tooling, specializing in the design of welding fixtures;

  5. Coordinating the work of teams of designers and engineers;

  6. Creating Technical and Operational Documentation (DTR);

  7. Creating drawings and catalog visualizations;

  8. Creating documentation for existing products;

  9. Creating families and models for products for BIM purposes;

  10. Software we work with includes: Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical, Revit, SolidWorks, MathCad, and most available design support tools.

Welding and Production Supervision

  1. Welding and production supervision within the scope of International Welding Engineer (IWE) qualifications;

  2. Supervision of welding inspections and testing within the scope of International Welding Inspector (IWI-C) qualifications;

  3. Implementation and certification for Factory Production Control (FPC) according to EN 1090 and ISO 3834;

  4. Certification in the area of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED);

  5. Full cooperation with external notified bodies for required certifications (UDT, TUV, Welding Institute);

  6. Development of welding technologies (WPQR) and welding procedure instructions (WPS);

  7. Welder certification and examination;

  8. Training for welders, quality control, and production-related personnel;

  9. Supervision over the implementation of new welding methods;

  10. Selection of production equipment and welding tools;

  11. Non-destructive testing (NDT) in VT2 and PT2 methods.
